Redesigned Flavor Injection System for Coffee Manufacturer
Increases Capacity, Reduces Waste
In response to client production increase requirements, our team redesigned the coffee flavor oils and flavor injection system to increase capacity, improve quality, and ensure plant safety. The new process increased yield, which led to greater efficiency and less waste. We transformed the manual process with bulky raw material operations and handling into a streamlined process, controlled through instrumentation. Our services included design and engineering, as well as project management.
