Enhancing Performance on an
Underutilized Bottling Line

To address the sustained double-digit growth of this client’s most profitable brand, we installed two custom-built continuously rotating baggers on an underused bottling line. A technically challenging feat, adding these baggers allowed our client to manufacture a wider variety of products, making it an important investment.

Installing the baggers kicked off a series of projects aimed at maximizing production. The new baggers brought higher volumes and production demand, resulting in additional improvements across the entire facility and production lines. We conducted time-study analyses to identify and implement necessary equipment upgrades, increasing production by over 90 percent.

Our strong relationship with the client and our intimate understanding of their current and future needs helped us anticipate how these upgrades would impact operations at this facility and their other facilities. This project established us as their go-to strategic advisors for short- and longterm facility enhancements.
