Designing Processing Equipment for First
Carbon Neutral Maple Processing Company
Our team provided engineering and design for Appalaches Nature’s new processing and bottling facility. The company needed to scale up production to meet growing demand as sales increased across Europe and the United States. The facility was designed according to LEED criteria and is equipped with the latest production and bottling technologies for maple products. It is capable of producing 200,000 bottles per day.
Due to the sensitive nature of maple syrup, our team engineered a precise temperature control process to ensure product safety. We also developed processes for cleaning, filtering, and circulation controls, allowing the company to maintain high-quality standards throughout production.
