Manufacturing Process Upgrades
Completed Without Interruption

Our team provided water process systems upgrades such as a reverse osmosis water system for the production of Aquafina bottled water. The system required high-demand specifications, resulting in the development of specialized equipment and customized process solutions.

Part of the project consisted of developing two facilities to produce the Rockstar energy drink—a new acquisition for PepsiCo. We procured and connected all equipment and utilities. The upgrade of the large existing water process system (250–1,500 gallons per minute) included design, detailed engineering, and construction supervision. In addition, we provided project integration of all six plants from coast to coast in Canada.

We also designed instrumentation and controls for repeatable processes across all the product lines manufactured in six different facilities. We completed all projects on time and on budget, including commissioning and training.
